The History of I-Land

The founders of the Iranian land began to develop Azadi Karting Complex in 1998 to develop the culture of the automobile sports and launched the complex in 2000. The community’s needs and the youth’s acceptance of this complex made the idea of creating the first set of Karting in Parand City in the form of the Parand Sports Company in 2004, and after boarding efforts by the executive team, the Parand International Karting Track, with the A homolog of World Federation, was launched in 2011.
Along with these activities and after gaining the necessary experience in the field of tourism in the UAE, the thought of developing sports-tourism activities led to the idea of creating a tourist town of Prand, which, after studies by Udo Konig and during its evolution, creating ” The Iranian Land as the most complete city of tourism, recreation, sports and residential “was introduced in 2007. The studies needed to feasibility of the project, based on market space and identification of the needs of the Iranian community.

  • Year 1998: Formation of the idea of ​​launching the Azadi Karting Complex;

  • Year 2008: Start of equipping the workshop;
  • Year 2008: Land Transmission of Phase I;
  • Year 2008: Establishment sample tourism zone contract with the government;
  • Year 2008: Participation in the International Tourism Conference and the launch of the project sketch;
  • Year 2010: Start cooperation with Broadway Malyan, one of the most well-known universal designers for designing I-Land in 3 stages.
  • Year 2010: Progress in attracting capital from different sources of capital, such as Iranian banks and foreign companies;
  • Year 2010: Preparation of editions 1 and 2 of the master plan by Broadway Malyan;
  • Year 2010: The contract was signed with KWA for advice on designing a horse and polo course, White Water Company for designing a water park, and concluding a contract with Global Golf India and Pacific Coast Design for consulting and designing a golf project;
  • Year 2011: Preparation of Third Edition by Broadway Malyan and Contract with Bruce Henderson Architecture for the Design of Artificial Ponds and Golf Club Building;
